Transporte Caccia e Hijos is a family-owned company dedicated to personalized logistics and distribution. Started by Don Enrique Caccia, who laid the foundation for the family business in 1940, Transporte Caccia e Hijos has a long tradition of customer service commitment.

Based in the Republic of Argentina, Transporte Caccia e Hijos has a warehouse with an approximate area of 7,000m2 and a fleet of trucks with various sizes and features. They transport all types of materials and specialize in beverage and parcel transportation, among others.

The Challenge

Transporte Caccia e Hijos was experiencing a period of strong growth, which led to the opening of a new warehouse and an increase in the storage area available to the company.

The company needed to prepare its new warehouse efficiently, add new tools to achieve intelligent management, and establish operational processes for its administration.

Junto al equipo del cliente, Globaltech relevo y diseño los procesos operativos dentro del nuevo depósito. Propuso además la Incorporación de tecnología de Radio Frecuencia en todas las etapas de administración, agilizando las mismas.

As a final step, GT WMS was complemented with the TMS that Transporte Caccia e Hijos was already using for its distribution. Thanks to the incorporation of this software, deep control of warehouse operations was allowed, as well as real-time updated information of it.
